Website legal boundaries

L/01

Website Use

The content on this site is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. Public materials are intentionally high-level and should not be treated as disclosure of proprietary protocols, partner data, pricing, or facility-specific methods.

L/02

Intellectual Property

BIODIRECTIVE LLC, the BIODIRECTIVE name, visual identity, mark, copy, diagrams, page layouts, and original website materials are protected brand and creative assets. No license is granted to reproduce, republish, scrape, sell, or commercially reuse them without written permission.

L/03

Non-Confidential Submissions

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, patient, or sensitive technical information through the contact form or unsolicited email. Website inquiries are treated as non-confidential unless a written agreement, NDA, or project-specific engagement states otherwise.

L/04

No Automatic Relationship

Sending an inquiry, using the website, or receiving a response does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, research, confidentiality, or consulting relationship. Paid or confidential work begins only when the appropriate agreement is in place.

L/05

Scientific Limits

Site content is not medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, pesticide-label, product-registration, or compliance advice. Technical outcomes depend on crop, facility, method, genetics, environment, implementation, and project scope. No result is guaranteed.

L/06

Privacy and Inquiries

Information submitted through the inquiry form may be used to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain business records, and route follow-up. Hosting, email, analytics, security, or form-processing providers may process limited site data as part of normal operation.

L/07

No Professional Advice

Public materials do not provide legal, medical, clinical, regulatory, investment, pesticide-label, product-registration, environmental, or compliance advice. Qualified professionals should review project-specific language before it is used externally.

L/08

Data Removal Requests

To request correction or removal of inquiry information, contact matt@biodirective.com. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, security, or compliance purposes.

L/09

Visitor Data Categories

Website operation may involve contact details submitted by the user, business context provided in an inquiry, basic device or browser data, security logs, analytics events, and email or form-routing records.

L/10

Site Providers and Analytics

The site is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify form handling for inquiries. Email systems, ordinary security logs, and business-record tools may process limited information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and maintain basic records.

L/11

Regulated Work Boundaries

Projects involving cannabis, hemp, crop protection, IPM, biostimulants, fungal or emerging-biology work, clinical context, health-related language, investment diligence, or international activity require project-specific review boundaries.

L/12

No Warranties

The website is provided as-is for general information. BIODIRECTIVE does not assume liability for decisions made from public site content, and project obligations exist only through signed written agreements.

Operating Boundary

Independent unless agreed otherwise.

BIODIRECTIVE LLC operates independently of any academic institution unless a project-specific collaboration is formally established. References to founder training, publications, advisors, or university-linked experience are intended to describe background, professional expertise, and research foundation, not institutional ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval.

Advisors serve in individual expert capacities. Institutional affiliations, where referenced in private materials, are for professional identification only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or approval by any institution.

Project-specific confidentiality, intellectual property ownership, publication rights, data use, deliverables, responsibilities, and limitations should be handled through the applicable NDA, master services agreement, statement of work, collaboration agreement, or similar written instrument.

Where projects involve crop-protection, IPM, biostimulant, cannabis, hemp, fungal research, health-related, environmental, investment, international, or other regulated or claims-sensitive language, public-facing statements should be reviewed by qualified counsel or the appropriate regulatory, clinical, institutional, label, or compliance specialist before use.

BIODIRECTIVE can help structure biological evidence and technical interpretation, but it does not certify products, guarantee outcomes, authorize claims, clear labels, approve medical use, replace IRB review, or determine legal compliance.
